    Abstract: A pressure unit of a laminated element unit for a solid condenser is provided to minimize bonding error rate by bonding a number of laminated element units on a lead frame with equal pressure. A frame member(110) has a bottom plate(112) integrated with a sliding part, a top plate(114) fixed to an extended part of the sliding part, and a transportation plate(118) arranged with a sub jig plate formed with a number of installation grooves where a laminated element unit is placed. A guide member(130) has a guide axis(132) having a first transportation screw(136) and a second transportation screw(138) and a height adjustment handle(140), and a first transportation link part and a second transportation link part(150) lifting up and down the transportation plate. And a pressure unit(170) bonds the laminated element unit to a positive port and a negative port by pressing the laminated element unit lifted with the transportation plate.

    Abstract: A jig apparatus for aging a solid condenser is provided to achieve easy contact of condenser ports and to reduce work preparation time to perform an aging process, by supplying a voltage after condensers are arranged horizontally. A jig member(110) has a fixing plate(112) integrated with a sliding part formed with a hooking groove, and a jig plate(118) installed with a cathode grounding part and an anode grounding part contacted with a condenser port to perform an aging process. A number of installation grooves are formed on the upper plane of the jig plate. A guide member(130) has a guide plate(132) formed with a sliding hole, an anode fixing pin applying a voltage to a positive port of the condenser, and a cathode fixing pin adhered to a negative port of the condenser. A fixing member(150) has a housing fixed to the upper plane of the guide plate. A fixing bar is arranged in the housing and is placed on the hooking groove of the sliding part. A tensile spring supports the fixing bar. And a guide hole is formed on the fixing bar to guide a handle.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrolysis capacitor having a sealing member is provided to improve an efficiency of work by preventing an adhesion of a sealing members each other. CONSTITUTION: An adhesion-preventing protrusion(112) is formed at the upper plane of sealing member(110). A plurality of adhesion-preventing projections(114) are irregularly formed at the upper plane of sealing member(110). A capacitor element is inserted and sealed in the outer case. A terminal of the capacitor element draws out the sealing member(110). A pressurizing part(140), positioned between the aluminum outer case(130) and the sealing member(130), is pressurized and sealed by the curling. A terminal inserting recess(122) drawing out a terminal is formed at the sealing member(130). A passage is penetrated the center portion of the adhesion-preventing protrusion(112) in order to exhaust a generated gas of the soldering.
