Abstract: PURPOSE: A biosensor measurement system using surface Plasmon resonance is provided to improve an inspection rate by minimizing the loss of a light source using a linear laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor measurement system using surface Plasmon resonance comprises a light sensor(110), a biosensor(100), a lens unit(120), an array type photo detector(130), a position modulation element(140), a demodulation device(160), and a control unit(150). The biosensor reflects incident light generated from the light source using surface Plasmon resonance. The lens unit is arranged between the light source and the biosensor and concentrates the light from the light source on the biosensor. The array type photo detector is composed of multiple pixels and senses the light reflected from the biosensor. The position modulation element vibrates the array type photo detector. The demodulation device receives measurement signals from the pixels. The control unit provides the measurement signals in real time by controlling the operation of the position modulation element, the array type photo detector, and the demodulation device.
