The present invention relates to a photo electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell using a porous transition metal oxide structure including metal nanoparticles, a preparing method of the same, and a dye-sensitized solar cell including the same. According to the present invention, a solar cell with improved efficiency can be prepared by increasing a light absorption efficiency due to a plasmon effect of the metal nanoparticles, and a thickness controlled dye-sensitized solar cell can be prepared by forming and applying colloid crystals in water by applying a spin coating of colloid particles or a casting method.
