Abstract:
본발명은 PET 장치및 PET 장치의신호처리방법에관한것으로서, 본발명에따른 PET 장치는검출된감마선신호를입력받아출력파형의상승시간이 100ns보다작도록증폭하는전치증폭부; 전치증폭부에서증폭된신호를디지털신호로변환하는 ADC; 및디지털신호를입력받아, 입력된디지털신호중에서광전효과가발생하는에너지값을가진신호를저장하는신호처리부를포함함으로써, 불응시간을감소시키고, 계수율을증가시켜 PET 장치의민감도가향상된 PET 장치를제공할수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A gamma-ray detector using a multiple scintillation crystal and a positron emission tomography using the same are provided to improve spatial resolution by checking detailed gamma-ray position information. CONSTITUTION: An optical sensor(110) changes a flashing light signal of a multiple scintillation crystal(100) into an electrical signal. An amplifier(120) easily amplifies an output signal of the optical sensor. An A-D converter(130) checks reaction energy, reaction time, and a reaction site by changing an output signal of the amplifier into a digital signal. A location information determination unit(140) checks each flashing light signal waveform for each multiple scintillation crystal by processing the digital signal with the A-D converter. The location information determination unit checks location information of entered gamma-rays.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A detector with an inserted light guide capable of easily determining a reaction depth and a PET(Positron Emission Tomography) using the same are provided to easily determine a reaction depth by inserting a light guide between scintillation crystal layers. CONSTITUTION: A reaction site determination PET detector with an inserted light guide is composed of a first scintillation crystal(100), a light guide(110), a second scintillation crystal(120), and an optical sensor(130). A block type light guide is inserted between the first scintillation crystal and the second scintillation crystal. The first scintillation crystal and the second scintillation crystal change radiation into a scintillation light signal by detecting desired radiation. The second scintillation crystal corresponds to a scintillation crystal close to a light source emitting the radiation. The light guide is inserted between each flash scintillation layer to distribute an output scintillation signal to a lower layer as much as is desired. An optical sensor changes the output scintillation signal of the first scintillation crystal and the second scintillation crystal into an electrical signal.

PET-MRI 융합장치의 영상 품질을 저하시키는 MRI RF 차폐물 없이 PET-MRI 융합장치에서의 PET 신호의 잡음제거방법을 개시한다. 상기 방법은 (a1) PET(Positron Emission Tomography :PET) 아날로그 신호를 일정 샘플링 주파수를 가진 디지털 신호로 변환하는 단계, (b1) 상기 PET 디지털 신호의 샘플링 포인트 또는 상기 PET 디지털 신호의 적분값을 이용한 모델링을 통하여 영상구성에 포함될 PET 디지털 신호인지를 판단하는 단계, 및 (c1) 상기 영상구성에 포함될 PET 디지털 신호만을 추출하는 단계를 포함한다. PET 검출기의 성능저하없이 분자영상을 획득할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for detecting the arrival time of a gamma ray pulse signal in a pet detector is provided to detect the arrival time of a gamma ray pulse signal using a cross point, thereby increasing temporal resolution. CONSTITUTION: An analog-digital converter detects the initial rising line of a voltage value of a digital signal about a gamma ray pulse signal(S610). The analog-digital converter detects a reference line by statistically processing a digital signal(S620). The analog-digital converter calculates the cross point between the initial rising line and the reference line(S630). The analog-digital converter detects the arrival time of the analog-digital converter by using the cross point(S640). The analog-digital converter amplifies a digital signal of the gamma ray pulse signal.
