Abstract:
본 발명은 (a) 다공성 실리카 나노입자; 및 (b) 상기 나노입자를 코팅하는 키토산(chitosan)을 포함하는 pH-반응성 약물 전달용 나노입자를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명은 pH에 따라 나노입자로부터 용이하게 약물 방출 속도를 제어할 수 있으며, 진핵세포에 의해 흡수 될 수 있는 적합한 크기를 제공한다.

본발명은하이드로젤-기반 3D 세포공동-배양(co-culture) 미세유체(microfluidic) 장치에관한것으로, 상기하이드로젤-기반 3D 세포공동-배양미세유체장치는 (a) 젤라틴및 아크릴고분자가혼합된하이드로젤로구성된배리어(barrier); 및 (b) 콜라겐하이드로젤로구성된스캐폴드(scaffold)로구성된다. 본발명에따르면, 상기하이드로젤-기반 3D 세포공동-배양미세유체장치는세포의분화환경조절과공동배양을위한중요한도구로사용될수 있다.

PURPOSE: An ARQ protocol performance improving method and device are provided to set the operation time of a timer according to the error-detecting-timeout timer motion of a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter receives a local ACK of ARQ block transmitted from a receiver(S605). A transmitter compares SNR value of HARQ feedback message received time of the local ACK and a standard value(S610). A transmitter postpones the determination of receiving success of ARQ block(S615). A transmitter determines a reception of ARQ block as a success(S620). A transmitter starts timer operation of ARQ block(S625). A transmitter decides request repeat of the corresponding block according to the receiving state of ARQ feedback message of corresponding block before the timer expiration time(S630).
