    Abstract: 본발명은산화텅스텐입자가부착된극미세혼합탄소나노섬유기반이산화질소가스센서의제조방법에관한것으로써, 상분리(phase separation)가일어난두 고분자혼합에멀젼용액을전기방사하여코어-쉘(core-shell) 구조의고분자나노섬유를제조하고, 이를탄화과정을통하여산화텅스텐입자가균일하게부착된극미세혼합탄소나노섬유를제조한뒤 초음파처리를이용해분산용액을제조한후 이를스핀코팅을이용해센서전극위에고르게배열해이산화질소가스센서를제조하는방법을제공한다. 본발명에따르면, 간단하고저렴한제조방법으로상온에서도이산화질소가스를감지할수 있는센서를제조할수 있는장점을가진다. 더욱이, 본발명에서제조될수 있는이산화질소가스센서는극미량의이산화질소가스를검출할수 있는고감응성및 여러횟수의재사용에있어서도성능이유지되는매우우수한재사용성을지닌다는장점을갖는다.
