Abstract: PURPOSE: An anerobic decomposition device in which dry and wet modes are mixed and a treatment process using the same are provided to process efficiently and stably food waste by successively perform a wet-type methane fermentation process and a dry-type acid fermentation process. CONSTITUTION: An anerobic decomposition tank comprises the following: an inner tank consisting of an inlet(311) on the top and an outlet(312) on the bottom; an inner tank(320) receiving food water through the inlet; an agitator(330) installed on the top of the outer tank; an inner agitating vane(332) rotating inside the inner tank and connected to a rotary shaft(331) of the agitator; and an outer agitating vane(333) rotating between the inner tank and the outer tank.
