Abstract: Provided is a double-sided organic light emitting device which includes: a substrate; a transparent bottom electrode which is formed on the substrate; a transparent top electrode which is formed on the bottom electrode and faces the bottom electrode; an organic layer which is interposed between the bottom electrode and the top electrode and includes an n-doping layer, an organic light emitting layer which is formed on the n-doping layer, a hole transport layer which is formed on the organic light emitting layer, and a hole injection layer which is formed on the hole transport layer and is made of compounds with a cyano group; a first light extraction improving layer which is formed under the substrate and has a refractive index of 1.4 to 2.2; and a second light extraction improving layer which is formed on the top electrode and has the refractive index of 1.6 to 2.2.
