Abstract:
알파-시뉴클레인 유래 아밀로이드 섬유의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 먼저, 알파-시뉴클레인을 배양하여 알파-시뉴클레인 과립체를 제조하도록 한다. 다음에, 상기 알파-시뉴클레인 과립체 다수를 조립하여 곱슬 아밀로이드 섬유를 제조한다. 교반 배양으로 형성되는 곧은 아밀로이드 섬유와 병행하여 막 여과 과정을 통한 곱슬 아밀로이드 섬유의 생성이 용이하며, 형성된 곱슬 아밀로이드 섬유는 나노바이오테크놀로지 분야에서 이를 이용한 다양한 응용이 가능하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A conductive bio-nano fusion chain and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure biocompatibility and to be applied to nanobio technology. CONSTITUTION: A conductive bio-nano chain has a conductive nanoparticle chain in alpha-synuclein amyloid fibrils aligned in a line. The nanoparticles contain nanoparticles of metal, semiconductor, and oxide. The chain aligned in a line is a protein-based hybrid nano chain and has photoconductivity in a visible area. A method for preparing the conductive bio-nano chain comprises: a step of mixing alpha-synuclein and conductive nanoparticles to coat the conductive nanoparticles with alpha-synuclein; a step of mixing the alpha-synuclein with wild type alpha-synuclein as a second coating; and a step of assembling the coated alpha-synuclein.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound of a chemical formula 1. A thin film or a nanostructure can be simply formed to have excellent material properties and a high applicability by enabling the compound of the chemical formula 1 to stably form a self-assembly peptide nanostructure through an alignment of peptides. The peptide nanostructure according to the present invention can be usefully used to manufacture an organic electronic material or a bio material.
