Abstract: PURPOSE: A transgenic pig and the use thereof are provided to offer pharmaceutical composition of inflammation diseases. CONSTITUTION: A transgenic pig is as follows. The sTNFR1-Fc is expressed from the blood of pig and suppresses the activity of TNF-α. Inflammation is immune rejection reaction occurring in the organ transfer. The pig is produced through the next process. Somatic cells are separated from a pig. The human TNFR1-Fc fusion gene is introduced into the somatic cells. The somatic cells are sorted and are cultivated. The nucleus of the pig ovum is eliminated. A fertilized egg in which the somatic nucleus is transplanted is manufactured by removing the nucleus of the pig ovum and fusing the nucleus with the selected somatic cell. The fertilized egg is implanted.
