PURPOSE: A hyperbranched polymer with excellent heat resistance is provided to manufacture a fuel cell with improved lifetime property and cell properties. CONSTITUTION: A hyperbranched polymer is the product obtained through condensation polymerization of a composition for forming the hyperbranched polymer consisting of a diisocyanate-based compound represented by chemical formula 1 and a dihydroxy amine-based compound represented by chemical formula 2. In chemical formula 1, A is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 alkenylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 alkynylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 heteroarylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C4-C30 carbon ring group, or substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 condensed polycyclic group.

The present invention relates to a CT contrast agent for detecting blood clot containing a fibrin target peptide sequence conjugated glycol chitosan-gold nanoparticle. The a CT contrast agent for detecting blood clot enables users to rapidly and repeatedly obtain CT image information of the size and the location of the blood clot in cardio-cerebrovascular thrombosis, and to monitor images of cerebral thrombosis.

PURPOSE: A drug delivery system for treating liver cancer based on interventional injection of temperature- and pH-sensitive hydrogel is provided to stably support an anticancer agent and to enable deep injection into microvessel. CONSTITUTION: A drug delivery system for treating liver cancer based on interventional injection of temperature- and pH-sensitive hydrogel contains a drug delivery system with a block copolymer and a therapeutic drug supported inside the drug delivery system. The drug delivery system further contains a contrast agent inside. The block copolymer is a poly(beta-amino ester)-based block copolymer, a polyamidoamine-based polymer, a polyaminoester urethane-based block copolymer, or a sulfonamide-based block copolymer. The capsule surface is reformed by biocompatible polymer. In the biocompatible polymer, a functional radical is attached to the side chain or end thereof. The functional radical is selected from a group consisting of an amine radical, hydroxyl radical, a carboxyl radical, and a sulfone radical.
