Abstract:
본 발명은 합성고분자 나노섬유메시와 MTA(Mineral trioxide aggregate)를 포함하는 치수질환 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 치수에 합성고분자 나노섬유메시를 위치시키는 단계; 상기 합성고분자 나노섬유메시에 MTA (Mineral trioxide aggregate)를 위치시키는 단계;를 포함하는 상아질모세포 분화 촉진 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 합성고분자 나노섬유메시와 MTA를 포함하는 치수질환 치료용 약학적 조성물은, 기존 MTA를 단독으로 사용하는 치수질환 치료의 문제점으로 지적되었던 세포독성 문제를 개선하고 상아질교 형성 및 상아질모세포의 분화를 촉진하는 효과가 우수하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition for gingiva regeneration including fibrin and fibrinolysis inhibitor is provided to promote differentiation of cementoblasts and to regenerate the gingival of cementum and alve olar bone. CONSTITUTION: A composition for gingiva regeneration includes fibrin and fibrinolysis inhibitor as active ingredient. The fibrinolysis inhibitor is aminocaproic acid. The composition additionally includes chitosan as the sustained-release carrier of the aminocaproic acid. 5-20 wt% of the fibrinolysis inhibitor and fibrin are included. The fibrin and fibrinolysis inhibitor suppress the cell apoptosis of the cementoblast and promotes the regeneration of the gingiva. The fibrin and fibrinolysis inhibitor has an activity which promotes the gene expression related to the differentiation of ALP(alkaline phosphatase) cementoblasts, Runx 2(runt-related transcription factor 2), type I-form collagen, OCN(osteocalcin), or BSP(bone sialoprotein). An injection type recycled material for gingival regeneration is provided by mixing aminocaproic acid with the fibrin substrate.
