Abstract: PURPOSE: A sound quality improvement system of data transfer communications, a method thereof, and an apparatus applied to the same are provided to minimize the sound deterioration of an audio signal. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting device(100) corrects amplitude distortion of a modulation audio signal. The transmitting device inverses the modulation audio signal. The transmitting device generates an output audio signal. A receiving device(200) receives the output audio signal. The receiving device outputs data from the output audio signal.
