    Abstract: PURPOSE: An energy saving system of a building capable of utilizing unused energy in the building by using panel heating and cooling is provided to increase heating and cooling efficiency and perform heating and cooling with little energy. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving system of a building capable of utilizing unused energy in the building by using panel heating and cooling comprises multiple radiant panels (105), a first heat exchanger (146), a second heat exchanger (148), hot water tank heat exchanging pipes (150), cold water tank heat exchanging pipes (155), water heater tank heat exchanging pipes (161), and wastewater tank heat exchanging pipes (171). Hot and cold water tanks provide hot water to the radiant panels to heat and cool the place to be heated and cooled. The first heat exchanger is installed near a condenser (142) to heat-exchange with the condenser. The second heat exchanger is installed near an evaporator (144) to heat-exchange with the evaporator. The hot water tank heat exchanging pipes are connected so that the first heat exchanger and a first heat carrier circulate. The cold water tank heat exchanging pipes are connected so that the second heat exchanger and a second heat carrier circulate. The water heater tank heat exchanging pipes are connected so that the first heat exchanger and a third heat carrier circulate. The wastewater tank heat exchanging pipes are connected so that the second heat exchanger and a fourth heat carrier circulate.
