Abstract: PURPOSE: A nuclear magnetic resonance image contrast agent is provided to be dispersed well in water, free of cytotoxin, and have a long retention time in vivo based on melanin nanoparticles with an identical size and shape. CONSTITUTION: A nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) image contrast agent comprises: a melanin nanoparticle which is stably dispersed in water; a paramagnetic metal ion which is covalently bonded with the melanin nanoparticle; and a modified PEG on the surface of the melanin nanoparticle. The melanin is extracted from squid ink and has a 30-600nm diameter.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种核磁共振图像造影剂,能够很好的分散在水中,无细胞毒素,并且具有相同大小和形状的黑色素纳米颗粒在体内的保留时间长。 构成:核磁共振(NMR)图像造影剂包括:稳定分散在水中的黑色素纳米颗粒; 与黑色素纳米颗粒共价结合的顺磁金属离子; 和在黑色素纳米颗粒表面上的改性PEG。 黑色素从鱿鱼墨提取,直径30-600nm。
