Abstract: PURPOSE: Indocyanine green doped silica nano-particle for biological-imaging and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase the intensity of fluorescence by stably doping indocyanine green. CONSTITUTION: Indocyanine green doped silica nano-particle is doped with indocyanine green which is bonded with positive charge molecule. The positive charge molecule is selected from a group including polypolyethylenimine, aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, and bovine serum albumin. The positive charge molecule is polymer.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供用于生物成像的吲哚青绿掺杂二氧化硅纳米颗粒及其制造方法,以通过稳定掺杂吲哚菁绿来提高荧光强度。 构成:吲哚菁绿掺杂二氧化硅纳米颗粒掺杂有与正电荷分子结合的吲哚菁绿。 正电荷分子选自聚聚乙烯亚胺,氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和牛血清白蛋白。 正电荷分子是聚合物。
