Abstract: Disclosed are a polymer-silver nanocomposite including 2-(2-acetoxy acetoxy) ethyl methacrylate and silver and a manufacturing method thereof. The polymer-silver nanocomposite in the present invention has greater antibiosis and antifouling activity, bio compatibility and is used as biomedical materials, coating materials and films which require antiflouling activity and also increases convenience of process as an extra cross-linked process is not needed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A forming method of a cardanol derivative polymer film is provided to form a polymer film with excellent physical property and high sterilizing performance in a short period of time by polymerizing and curing cardanol derivatives using electron beams. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of a cardanol derivative polymer film comprises: a step of reacting cardanol and glycidyl methacrylate under the presence of a base catalyst; a step of manufacturing a cardanol derivative represented by chemical formula 2 by refining the obtained reactant; a step of spreading the cardanol derivative on a specific object; a step of irradiating with electron beams on the spread material.
