Abstract:
Disclosed is a processing method for oat-based feed grain, as a method for processing feed grain using oat as raw feed, comprising the steps of: (a) supplying oat as raw feed; (b) soaking the oat in water; (c) steaming the soaked oat; (d) inoculating the steamed oat with a strain and fermenting the inoculated oat; (e) enzymatically treating the fermented oat; and (f) drying the enzymatically treated oat. The present invention determines optimum enzymatic treatment and fermentation conditions in manufacturing single-ingredient feed using oat as raw feed; and relates to oat-based feed grain having increased gelatinization rate and free sugar content and improving the digestion rate and growth of livestock. The oat-based feed grain can be mixed to compound feed and fed to livestock.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing fish powder with reduced histamine using microorganism having high histamine lysis ability is provided to lyse high molecular protein to low molecular peptide and produce fermented feed of high quality for livestock. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism having high histamine lysis ability is Bacillus licheniformis GB-F2(KCCM 10874) and Lactobacillus acidophilus GB-LC2(KCCM 10671). The fish powder having reduced histamine is produced by adding the microorganism to the fish powder and fermenting. The fermentation is performed at 35~45 weight% of moisture content, 30-40°C, and pH 6.0-8.0 for 40 to 72 hours.

The present invention relates to a lactobacillus plantarum GB-LP1 strain having improved immunological activity and anti-virus activity, and a fermentation method thereof and more specifically, to a lactobacillus plantarum GB-LP1 (KCCM 11258P) strain having improved immunological activity and anti-virus activity, a fermentation method for fermenting the lactobacillus strain in an anaerobic condition, and feed comprising a fermentation product obtained therefrom.

본 발명은 제아라레논 분해 활성을 갖는 미생물에 관한 것으로, 서열 목록 2의 염기서열, 이의 변이체, 또는 이들의 단편을 포함하는 유전자를 발현하며, 제아라레논 분해 활성을 갖는 미생물, 상기 미생물을 이용한 제아라레논 분해 활성을 갖는 단백질의 생산 방법, 제아라레논 분해 방법, 및 제아라레논 분해용 사료첨가제가 제공된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 미생물이 생산하는 효소를 이용하여 곰팡이 독소인 제아라레논을 분해하거나 미생물을 이용하여 상기 곰팡이 독소를 생물변환시킴으로써 보다 개선된 제아라레논 제어효과를 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A complex enzyme composition for the non-starch polysaccharide degradation, and a producing method thereof are provided to effectively decompose non-decomposable polysaccharide. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a complex enzyme composition for the non-starch polysaccharide degradation comprises the following steps: culturing strains of aspergillus oryzae GB-N1 aspergillus niger GB-X2; culturing starter culture liquid using a forced circulation solid fermentation method by controlling the moisture content; and collecting cultured materials to obtain enzymes. The enzymes are protease, amylase, alpha-galactosidase, xylanase, and cellulase. The starter culture liquid is cultured in a culture medium including wheat bran. The moisture content of the complex enzyme composition is controlled in 45-50%.
