Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for recognizing welding part shape, weaving welding path generating method applied with the same, and automatic welding robot applied with the both above are provided to weld using an automatic welding robot by forming a welding path in which the shape of welding area is simplified. CONSTITUTION: An automatic welding robot comprises a main body, a sensor part(150), a welding part(160), a conveying part and a control part. The sensor part is arranged towards the welding part of the main body. The welding part is connected to the main body and includes a welding rod(155) to weld the welding area. The conveying part is connected to the main body and transfers the sensor part and welding part. The control part controls the sensor part, welding part and conveying part.

PURPOSE: An automatic weld robot is provided to weld T-shaped welding part by simple manipulation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic weld robot comprises a welding rod(365), a weaving part(340), a straight line conveying part(310), a mainframe(311) and a longi fixing part(390). The weaving part fixes the welding rod and embodies the weaving motion of the welding rod. The straight line conveying part transfers straightly the weaving part in the longitudinal direction of the welding part. The mainframe fixes the straight line conveying part. The longi fixing part is connected to the mainframe and is fixed to the upper front side of the longi.

PURPOSE: A welding robot for hull construction is provided to enable automatic welding work on places which are difficult for operators to enter. CONSTITUTION: A welding robot(100) comprises a first arm(300), a second arm(400), a third arm(500), and a manipulator(900). The second arm is coupled with the top of the first arm and moves straight along a horizontal direction. The third arm is coupled with the top of the second arm and moves straight along a vertical direction. The manipulator is coupled with the third arm and moves up and down at a right angle to the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. The lower surface of the second arm is coupled with the roller. The first arm comprises a first motor and a first arm body. The second motor generates drive force for the straight movement of the second arm.
