Provided is an organic solar cell which comprises: a first electrode; a first hole transport layer which is formed on the first electrode and includes a p-type dopant in a first hole transport material; a second hole transport layer which is formed on the first hole transport layer; a photoactive layer which is formed on the second hole transport layer and includes a donor layer and an acceptor layer; and a second electrode which is formed on the photoactive layer, wherein a highest occupied molecular orbital energy level of the donor layer is -5.6 eV or less, a highest occupied molecular orbital energy level of the second hole transport layer is higher than the highest occupied molecular orbital energy level of the donor layer by 0 or 0.1 eV, and a Fermi level of the p-type dopant is lower than a highest molecular orbital energy level of the first hole transport material.
Abstract:
According to one side of the present invention, an organic solar cell includes a first electrode; a metal oxide layer formed on the first electrode and a double interface layer comprising an arrangement layer formed on the metal oxide layer; a light activation layer formed on the double interface layer; and a second electrode on the light activation layer. According to the present invention, the organic solar cell has excellent power conversion efficiency and optical stability.
