Abstract: PURPOSE: A terminal and communication system using an RF4CE are provided to reduce a cost by directly enabling a terminal using a RF4CE communication network to communicate such as SMS without passing through a separate service business owner. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(10) is includes in a RF4CE communication module. A gateway(20) stores inherent ID information and ID information for identification of a plurality of terminal located in a constant area. The gateway periodically transmits the stored table to an external side. A central control server(40) is connected through at least one gateway and a communication network.
