Abstract:
PURPOSE: A 3D fusion power harvester is provided to use solar energy and consumable energy existing around the solar energy at the same time by fusing a nano-electric power device and organic and inorganic hybrid solar batteries. CONSTITUTION: A 3D fusion power harvester comprises optical fiber(1), a first electrode(10) which is composed of transparent conducting oxide, a nano-wire(14) which is composed of materials having piezoelectric characteristics, and a second electrode(20) facing to the first electrode. The optical fiber is composed of a core of center and cladding(5) around the core. The core is formed into materials having a high refractive index. The cladding is formed into materials having a low refractive index. A seed layer(12) is formed on the surface of the first electrode. The seed layer grows up the nano-wire and secludes a hole which is generated in an organic compound active layer(16).

차량용 디스크 브레이크가 개시된다. 차량용 디스크 브레이크는 바퀴와 함께 회전하는 디스크, 상기 디스크의 양측면을 압착하여 상기 디스크의 회전을 멈출 수 있는 패드 및 상기 패드가 상기 디스크의 양측면을 압착할 수 있도록 하는 피스톤으로 이루어진 차량용 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 상기 디스크의 원주면에 결합된 제1 마찰부재; 및 상기 피스톤의 원주면에 결합되고, 상기 패드가 상기 디스크를 가압하는 경우 상기 제1 마찰부재와 마찰하여 상기 제1 마찰부재와 반대로 대전되는 제2 마찰부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1 마찰부재와 상기 제2 마찰부재는 마찰 전기를 생성한다.

PURPOSE: A piezoelectric energy harvestor by a passivation effect is provided to increase power by depositing an organic/inorganic n-type material in an inorganic material p- type semiconductor piezoelectric material and to secure the self operation of a device. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode, a piezoelectric material layer, a second material layer, and an upper electrode are successively formed on a substrate. The piezoelectric material layer is made of an n-type material. A first material layer is made of a p-type material. The second material layer is made of the mixture of the n-type material and the p-type material. The upper electrode and the lower electrode are formed to induce electric energy.

The present invention is to greatly improve the output of an electrostatic energy harvester by amplifying and maintaining an electrostatic effect generated due to friction by using a three dimensional truncated cone structure. A three dimensional truncated cone structured electrostatic energy harvester according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first substrate which has an open bottom surface and a truncated cone shape; a first structure which includes a first friction charged body on the outer surface of the first substrate; a second substrate which has the same shape as the first substrate; a second structure which includes a second friction charged body which is made of a material which has an opposite charge property to the first friction charged body and is formed on the outer surface of the first substrate; a lead line which is connected to the first friction charged body and the second friction charged body, respectively. The second structure is stacked on the first structure. Frictional electricity is generated by touching them together. An electrostatic induction phenomenon is generated when they are separated from each other.
