Abstract: PURPOSE: An anti-obesity composition containing (1S,2S,3S,4S)-5-aminocyclopentane-1,2,3,4-tetraol is provided to suppress differentitation of adipocyte precursor cells and to prevent or treat obesity or obesity-associated diseases. CONSTITUTION: An anti-obesity composition contains a compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity contains the composition as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition is used in the form of tablet, pill, powder, granule, capsule, suspension, emulsion, syrup, sterilized solution, insoluble solvent, suspension, or suppository. A food composition for preventing or treating obesity contains the composition as an active ingredient. The food composition is meat, sausage, bread, chocolate, candy, ramen, gums, ice creams, tea, drink, or vitamin.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有（1S，2S，3S，4S）-5-氨基环戊烷-1,2,3,4-四醇的抗肥胖组合物，以抑制脂肪细胞前体细胞的分化并预防或治疗肥胖或肥胖相关 疾病。 构成：抗肥胖组合物含有化学式1化合物作为活性成分。 用于预防或治疗肥胖症的药物组合物含有作为活性成分的组合物。 药物组合物以片剂，丸剂，粉剂，颗粒剂，胶囊剂，悬浮液，乳剂，糖浆，灭菌溶液，不溶性溶剂，悬浮液或栓剂的形式使用。 用于预防或治疗肥胖症的食物组合物含有作为活性成分的组合物。 食物组合物是肉，香肠，面包，巧克力，糖果，拉面，牙龈，冰淇淋，茶，饮料或维生素。
