Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig for 4-point bending test of a beam type of a bending specimen is provided to receive bending moment since the shape of the cross section of the specimen is the same to that of an expansion jig. CONSTITUTION: A jig for 4-point bending test of a beam type of a bending specimen comprises left and right expansion jigs(20) and a specimen(10). The expansion jigs are continuously coupled in the length direction of the specimen so that shearing force is not applied to both ends of the specimen. The shape of the cross section of the specimen is the same to those of the expansion jigs. Both ends of the specimen are inserted and fixed to the ends of the expansion jigs. The outer contact surfaces of the expansion jigs coupled to the left and right of the specimen are protected by a clamp(40). The outer contact surfaces protected by the clamp are coupled by a bolt(50) and a nut(60).
