Abstract: A skin whitening composition comprising a culture solution of a novel Pseudomonas sp. microorganism or an extract thereof is provided to be useful for hyperpigmentation disorder such as freckles, liver spots, and senile keratosis, and skin beauty. A skin whitening composition comprises 0.0001-20 wt.% of a culture solution of Pseudomonas sp. microorganism(deposition no. KCTC 11119BP) or an extract of the culture solution as an effective ingredient, wherein the extract is a methylene chloride extract. The composition is formulated into face lotion, cream, lotion, pack, foundation or make-up base.
