Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing an anode plate of a lead storage battery and an anode plate prepared by the method are provided, to improve the utilization percent and cycle lifetime of an active material. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 100 parts by weight of lead and 3 parts by weight of pure titanium uniformly, and adding water and sulfuric acid to the mixture to prepare paste; coating the paste onto a grid-structured current collector made of lead or lead alloy, maturing it for a certain time, and drying it to prepare a matured active material plate containing titanium oxide and based lead sulfate; and electrifying the matured electrode plate to convert lead into PbO2. The mixing of lead and the pure titanium are carried out by adding pure titanium powder to the ball-milled lead powder, ball-milling pure titanium powder together with the ball-milled lead powder, or ball-milling pure titanium powder together with lead ball.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to obtain a digital fundus image of optical angle by collecting slit beams through the simple operation without using an expensive retinal camera. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an aspheric lens(26) mounted in front of a deflection mirror(24) in such a manner that the aspheric lens is directed toward an eyeball(E); a frame(16) mounted with the aspheric lens, deflection mirror, a light source(22) and a slit lamp(32), and arranged in such a manner that the frame reciprocates linearly on a base(12); and a digital camera(30) mounted at both side surfaces of the slit lamp, and which generates the incident image into digital data.

Abstract: 본 발명은 납축전지 양극판의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 활물질의 이용률 및 사이클 수명 개선을 위한 양극활물질용 첨가제로서 순수 티타늄의 사용 및 티타늄 첨가 방법의 개발에 관한 것이다. 납축전지용 양극활물질 첨가제로서 순수 티타늄 (순도 99% 이상) 분말을 전체 연분 (leady oxide)량에 대해 3중량% 이하로 첨가하는데, 순수 티타늄 분말을 납축전지 양극판 제조 공정 중 페이스트 제조시 연분과 함께 혼합하거나, 제조된 연분과 순수 티타늄 분말을 혼합하여 볼밀링함으로써 티타늄 분말과 연분을 균일하게 혼합시켜 연분입자의 표면에 티타늄을 침투시켜서 얻은 티타늄 볼밀연분을 이용하거나, 볼밀연분 (ball mill oxide) 제조 공정 중 분말 형태의 순수 티타늄을 연구 (lead bar)와 함께 볼밀링 (Ball-milling)하여 얻어진 볼밀연분을 사용하여 제조된 페이스트 극판은 숙성 및 건조 공정을 거치면서 페이스트에 존재하던 순수 티타늄이 고온 다습한 숙성 조건으로 인해 납축전지의 작동 전압에서 안정한 산화티타늄 (Titanium oxide)으로 산화됨으로써 최� �적으로 활물질 이용률 (utilization) 및 사이클 수명을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 활물질 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
