Abstract: PURPOSE: A microbe agent containing a specific amount of bifidobacterium longum HY8001 is provided to preliminary prevent the infection of food poisoning bacillus including salmonella typhimuriumDT 104. CONSTITUTION: The microbe agent including a specific amount of bifidobacterium longum HY8001 is used to effectively prevent the infection of food poisoning bacillus including salmonella typhimuriumDT 104, and Escherichia coli0157:H7. Particularly, the microbe agent derives the production of a material capable of neutralizing vero cytotoxin generated by the Escherichia coli0157:H7, thereby the microbe agent has a function capable of preventing the host infection due to a fungous material.
