Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rapidly-hardening cement concrete composition with improved strength and durability containing 3 to 30 wt% of inorganic binding material, 26 to 65 wt% of fine aggregate, 20 to 60 wt% of thick aggregate, 0.1 to 15 wt% of water, and 0.01 to 12 wt% of performance enhancer, in which the performance enhancer contains 30 to 90 wt% of styrene-acryl, 5 to 30 wt% of methyl metahcrylate, 1 to 25 wt% of butylacrylate, 0.1 to 20 wt% of butadiene, 0.01 to 10 wt% of isoprene, 0.01 to 10 wt% of polyvinyl methylether, 0.001 to 5 wt% of anti-foaming agent, and 0.001 to 5 wt% of emulsifying agent, and a concrete structure repair method using same. According to the present invention, the performance enhancer in which styrene-acryl, methyl metahcrylate, styrene-butadiene, butylacrylate, isoprene, and polyvinyl methylether are mixed is used so that concrete workability and durability are improved and, particularly, flexural strength and tensile strength are improved. Also, general portland cement, magnesium or calcium sulfo-aluminate, calcium aluminate, gypsum, silicate white clay, silicate soda, and moldenite are used so as to improve initial strength, long-term strength, durability, chloride resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and the like.
