Abstract: 표면 패턴 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 초소수성 부재가 개시된다. 일면에 소정의 패턴이 형성된 마스터의 패턴을 패턴 전사체에 전사하는 단계; 상기 패턴이 전사된 패턴 전사체에 인장력을 인가하여 소정의 길이만큼 늘리는 단계; 상기 늘어난 패턴 전사체의 일면에 형성된 패턴상에 변형가능한 링클 부재를 접촉시키는 단계; 및 상기 경화된 패턴 전사체에 인가된 인장력을 제거하여 상기 패턴 전사체를 복원함으로써 상기 패턴에 상응하도록 상기 링클 부재를 변형시키는 단계를 포함하는 표면 패턴 제조 방법은 간단한 방법으로 다양한 패턴을 표면에 형성할 수 있고, 패턴의 형상, 길이, 밀집도를 자유롭게 조절하여 재료의 표면에 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A surface pattern fabricating method and a superhydrophobic member fabricated thereby are disclosed. The surface pattern fabricating method, which comprises a step of transferring a master pattern in which a predetermined pattern is formed at one side to a pattern transfer material; a step of applying tensile force to the pattern transfer material in which the pattern is transferred and extending the pattern transfer material by a predetermined length; a step of bring a wrinkle member into contact with the pattern formed on the one side of the extended patter transfer material; and a step of restoring the pattern transfer material by removing the tensile force applied to the hardened pattern transfer material and transforming the wrinkle member in order to correspond to the pattern, forms various patterns on a surface by a simple method and forms patterns on the surface of a material by freely adjusting the shape, length and density of the patterns. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of fabricating three dimensional scaffolds and scaffolds therefrom are provided to easily fabricate three dimensional scaffolds with pores by utilizing biocompatible fibers and kitting technique without using a solvent, high temperature and high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method of fabricating three dimensional scaffolds comprises: the step of preparing biocompatible fibers and a crochet hook for knitting; the step of knitting biocompatible fibers using the crochet hook so that the biocompatible fibers are able to be extended in the predetermined direction; and the step of building up in three-dimension by crossing multiple number of the knitted biocompatible fibers. The knitting step includes the step of doing the chain stitch with biocompatible fibers to the predetermined length. The knitting step includes the step of doing the double crochet or longer stitches with the chain-stitched biocompatible fibers. The width of the double crochet or longer stitches of the biocompatible fibers is determined to be half of the width of the fabricating scaffold. The three dimensional building step comprises the step preparing 4 knitted biocompatible fibers, and the step building up in three-dimension by crossing the 4 knitted biocompatible fibers with a scoubidou technique. The scoubidou technique is composed of crossing fibers so that one side of the first biocompatible fiber is adjacent to one side of the second biocompatible fiber in one direction, and the other side of the first biocompatible fiber is adjacent to the third biocompatible fiber in the other direction. The biocompatible fiber is a biocompatible thermoplastic polymer sealing fiber. The width of the biocompatible fiber is 30μm-500μm. The biocompatible fiber is formed with polydioxanone(PDO).
