Abstract: 본발명은전도성고분자화합물, 이를포함하는유기태양전지및 이의제조방법에관한것으로, 더욱자세하게는배향성조절을통해대칭적인구조를형성함으로써우수한광학적특징과더불어높은광전변환효율을갖는고분자화합물및 이를포함하는유기태양전지에관한것이며, 이와더불어상기고분자화합물의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른신규한고분자화합물은쿼터티오펜(quaterthiophene) 및플루오르로치환된벤조티아디아졸(benzothiadiazole)을대칭적구조로형성되어있어, 기존의 RRa(regiorandom)구조의고분자화합물대비우수한광학적특징과더불어높은광전변환효율을갖는다. 따라서본 발명의고분자화합물은유기태양전지소자의광활성층의전자공여체소재로서유용하게사용될수 있으며, 이와더불어유기광센서(OPD), 유기박막트랜지스터(OTFT), 유기발광다이오드(OLED) 등의분야에적용할수 있는유기광전자소자의재료로유용하게사용될수 있다.
