A selective fluorescent chemosensor for phospate-containing substrate and an analysis method using the same are provided to perform fluorescence probe, which is important for body control mechanism of cells, due to the high preference for phosphate. A selective fluorescent chemosensor for phospate-containing substrate contains fluorescence, a linker giving elasticity to the fluorescence, a phosphate combining portion of binuclear metal complex form, and a central supporting moiety for controlling the degree of freedom in the combination of phospate-containing substrate and the stacking of fluorescent.

Organic metal compounds, organic electroluminescence display devices by using the same compounds and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve luminescence property and solubility by increasing their molecular weight through connection of a host compound and a dopant compound, so that luminescence efficiency, brilliance, color purity and life-time properties of the organic electroluminescence display device are improved. Organic metal compounds, organic electroluminescence devices by using the same compounds and a preparation method of the same devices are provided to induce improvement of luminescence properties and increase of solubility in the metal compounds by connecting host compounds to dopant compounds, so that the organic electroluminescence device having improved luminescence efficiency, brilliance, color purity and life is produced if the organic metal compounds are applied to the organic electroluminescence devices. Provided is an organometallic compound comprising a host compound and a dopant compound linked to each other, which has an increased molecular weight to show improved solubility, and improves light emission efficiency, luminance, color purity and lifespan characteristics when applied to an organic electroluminescence device. The organometallic compound comprises a host compound and a dopant compound linked to each other via a linking group, wherein the host compound and the dopant compound have the same or different energy gap. In the organometallic compound, the host compound and the dopant compound may show an energy gap of 0-400 nm. The linking group includes an oxygen atom so that the host compound and the dopant compound are linked to each other not by a pi-conjugation system.
