    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a water-soluble lipid using a basic amino acid is provided, to convert an oil-soluble lipid into a water-soluble one and to allow the water-soluble lipid to be applied to injection materials for human body, food and drink, syrup, water-soluble cream and lotion. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving 1 kg of a basic amino acid in 5-8 L of water at a room temperature; cooling the solution to 0 deg.C slowly and adding 1.5-2 kg of high purity fatty acid to the solution slowly with stirring with a velocity of 500-1,000 rpm during cooling, to convert the fatty acid into the salt of the fatty acid; and lyophilizing the solution to recover the salt. Also the method comprises the steps of dissolving 1 kg of high purity fatty acid in 4-6 L of ethanol at a room temperature; cooling the solution to 0 deg.C slowly and adding 0.5-0.8 kg of a basic amino acid to the solution slowly with stirring with a velocity of 500-1,000 rpm during cooling, to convert the fatty acid into the salt of the fatty acid; and evaporating the solvent under reduced pressure to recover the salt. Preferably the fatty acid is elaidic acid or conjugated linoleic acid with a purity of 90 % or more; and the basic amino acid is arginine, lysine or histidine.

    Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用碱性氨基酸制备水溶性脂质的方法,将油溶性脂质转化为水溶性脂质,并使水溶性脂质适用于人体注射剂, 食物和饮料,糖浆,水溶性乳液和洗剂。 方法:该方法包括在室温下将1kg碱性氨基酸溶解在5-8L水中的步骤; 将溶液缓慢冷却至0℃,在冷却过程中以500-1,000rpm的速度搅拌,缓慢加入1.5-2kg高纯度脂肪酸,将脂肪酸转化成脂肪酸的盐; 并冻干溶液以回收盐。 此外,该方法包括在室温下将1kg高纯度脂肪酸溶解在4-6L乙醇中的步骤; 将溶液缓慢冷却至0℃,并在冷却过程中以500-1,000rpm的速度搅拌,缓慢加入0.5-0.8kg碱性氨基酸,将脂肪酸转化成脂肪酸的盐; 并在减压下蒸发溶剂以回收盐。 优选地,脂肪酸是纯度为90%以上的反油酸或共轭亚油酸; 碱性氨基酸为精氨酸,赖氨酸或组氨酸。
