CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating contains culture of adult stem cells or its fraction as an active ingredient. The culture of adult stem cells is supernatant obtained by centrifuging, concentrate of the supernatant or freeze-dried product of the supernatant. A culture medium of the adult stem cells is obtained through sub-culture of the adult stem cell in serum medium then culturing in serum-free medium. The serum medium is DMEM containing 1-2 Mm glutamine, 0,5-1 mM sodium pyruvate, 0.1-10% of FBS, 1% of antibiotics(100 IU/ml), and 1-4.5 g/L of glucose. The serum-free medium is mixture medium of DMEM and Ham's F-12.
