PURPOSE: An anti-inflammatory composition is provided to manufacture therapeutic agent for inflammatory disease. CONSTITUTION: An Ulva prolifera extract is used in anti-inflammatory composition. The Ulva prolifera extract is obtained by extracting Ulva prolifera with water, alcohol of 1-5 carbon atoms, ethylacetate, ether, methylenegchloride, chloroform, benzene, n-alkan of 5-10 carbon atoms, or mixture solvent thereof.

PURPOSE: An ulva pertusa extract is provided to suppress the generation of NO, inflammatory cytokine, and/or PGE2 and relieve inflammatory diseases. CONSTITUTION: An ulva pertusa extract is isolated from ulva pertusa using water, alcohol of 1-5 carbon atoms, acetone, ethyl acetate, ether, methylenechloride, chloroform, n-alkan of 1-5 carbon atoms, or mixture thereof. An anti-inflammatory composition contains the ulva pertusa extract. The anti-inflammatory composition is pharmaceutical composition or food composition.

본 발명은 생리활성을 갖는 애기달맞이 추출물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 생리활성을 갖는 애기달맞이 추출물은, 애기달맞이( Oenothera laciniata ) 전초(全草)를 준비하고, 음건한 다음 분쇄하여 미세분말로 만들어 80 % 에탄올에 침적하고, 이 에탄올 침적물을 초음파를 이용하여 1 시간씩 3 회 추출한 다음, 추출액의 상층액을 회수하여 감압 농축하고, 농축물을 물에 현탁시킨 후, 현탁액을 헥산, 디클로로메탄, 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올로 순차적으로 추출하여 애기달맞이 추출물을 제조하는 것으로 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해 항산화활성, 항염활성, 항암활성 및 항균활성의 생리활성이 뛰어난 애기달맞이 추출물이 제공되며, 애기달맞이 추출물을 활성성분으로 포함하는 생리활성이 뛰어난 조성물이 제공된다. 애기달맞이, 추출, 항산화활성, 항염활성, 항암활성, 항균활성

An extract of Lycopodium serratum Thunb is provided to show excellent anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory activities, thereby being used as a composition for preventing and improving inflammation. An extract of Lycopodium serratum Thunb having the antioxidative activity is characterized in that it is prepared by drying the Lycopodium serratum Thunb in the shade, pulverizing the same into fine powder, precipitating the powder in 80% ethanol, extracting the ethanol precipitate using ultrasonic wave, concentrating supernatant of the extract under reduced pressure, suspending the concentrate with water, and then extracting the suspension with hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and butanol in sequence.

A composition comprising an extract of Euphorbia jolkini having excellent physiological activity is provided to secure excellent anti-oxidizing, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. A composition comprises an extract of Euphorbia jolkini. The extract is obtained by crushing Euphorbia jolkini dried in the shade using a mill, precipitating the obtained fine powder in ethanol and extracting it using ultrasonic wave three times per one hour, concentrating recovered supernatant of the extract under reduced pressure, suspending the concentrate in water, and extracting the suspension with hexane, dichloromethane, ethylacetate and butanol in sequence.
