Abstract: 본 발명은 광산에서 채굴되는 돌로마이트를 원료로 규소금속을 환원제로 사용하여 마그네슘 금속을 제조하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 돌로마이트를 고온으로 소성한 소성 돌로마이트와 페로실리콘 합금을 분쇄하여 혼합한 후 성형한 성형체 물질을 1100~1250℃로 유지하는 고온로내에 설치되는 수직형 열환원 반응관 상부로 장입하고, 분리설치된 응축기와 진공시스템을 통해 0.05토르 내지 8 토르(torr)로 진공조건으로 장시간 유지함으로 고상반응을 통해 열환원하게 되고, 열환원 반응관내에서 열환원되어 기화된 마그네슘 증기는 열환원반응관과 별도로 설치된 응축기사이의 연결덕트내 배관을 통해 열환원반응관에서 응축기로 응축기의 배출배관상에 설치된 진공펌푸에 의한 감압조업에 의해 이동되면서 냉각, 응축회수하는 마그네슘 제조 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로 이를 통해 생산성을 증대시킬 뿐만 아니라 고체 연료가 아닌 석탄가스를 열원으로 사용하면서 배가스 현열회수를 위한 축열 버너기술을 도입하므로서 환경적으로도 분진 발생등 환경 오염원의 발생을 저감시키는 특징을 갖는다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vertical type magnesium manufacturing apparatus and a magnesium manufacturing method using the same are provided to improve the productivity by applying a self-heat exchanging type radiant tube burner to a vertical type thermal reduction reacting tube and a separating type condenser. CONSTITUTION: A reaction tube(410) forms reduced magnesium vapor by being equipped with a molded body based on sintered dolomite, ferrosilicon, and fluorite powder. The reaction tube is vertically installed in a thermal reduction furnace(400), and the thermal reduction furnace heats the reaction tube. A single condenser(500) is in connection with the reaction tube at the external side of the thermal reduction furnace and condenses magnesium vapor which is reduced at the reaction tube. Abstract: A supply method of exclusion medicine for cokes oven gas is provided to manufacture clean gas and to minimize waste water by measuring COG(Cokes Oven Gas) flow rate and concentration quantitatively and supplementing NaOH and picric acid catalyst.
