Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing a molded coal is provided which has low damage rate and is easy to deal with by molding it using a macromolecule emulsion resin solution without a heating process. CONSTITUTION: The molded coal is prepared by preparing a macromolecule emulsion resin solution with a glass transition temperature of -20 to 40°C by the emulsion polymerization; adding 2-20 parts by weight of the macromolecule emulsion resin solution to 100 parts by weigh of finely small coal; and press-molding it. In the emulsion polymerization, the dispersion concentration of the macromolecule is 5-60 wt% based on the weight of water. The macromolecule resin is preferably one or more resins selected from styrene, butadiene, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, asphalt, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, acrylate, metacrylate and copolymers thereof. The size of the finely small coal is preferably less than about 8 mm, more preferably less than about 3.5 mm.

The present invention related to anticorrosion paint of zinc line with high antiweatherability for iron and steel material using in iron and steel structure like various river bridge, chemical equipment, electric power equipment. Anticorrosion paint of zinc line with high antiweatherability contained organic solvent and powdery paints with weight ratio of organic solvent: powdery to be 80:20-90:10; added constitutional paint of 0.1-1.5% to the weight of organic solvent and powdery paint; said powdery paint was mixed powdery paint mixed zinc powder and aluminium powder; size ratio of said zinc powder and aluminium powder was 1:2-4, weight ratio was 70:30-40:60 and particle size of said aluminium powder was 40um below.

본 발명은 각종 강교량, 화학설비, 전력시설등의 철강구조물에 사용되는 철강재료용 고내후성 유기아연계 방청도로에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 구형아연 분말: 구형 알루미늄 분말: 판형알루미늄 분말이 1:0.4~0.6~0.02~0.08의 중량비로 혼합된 안료와 에폭시 유기 용매 또는 염화고무계 유기용매로 구성되고, 상기 구형아연 분말:구형 알미늄 분말의 입자크기는 1:2~4로, 구형 알미늄 분말의 입자크기는 40㎛ 이하이고, 상기 판형 알미늄 분말의 크기는 평균 길이 30×폭 5×두께 0.5㎛인 내후성 아연계 유기 방청도료가 제공되며 이는, 구형 알미늄 분말과 판형 알미늄 분말의 2중 씰링 작용과 알미늄의 높은 전기전도성으로 인한 아연분말의 지속적인 희생방식 작용으로 장시간 도막의 손상을 방지할 수 있는 방식성능이 뛰어난 고내후성 유기 아연-알미늄 말 혼합계 도료이다.

소광효과 및 원적외선 방사능을 갖는 도료 조성물 및 이와 같은 도료 조성물이 도장된 바이오 도장강판에 관한 것이다. 실리콘 변성 수지, 실리콘 변성 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 탄산칼슘 분말 10-60 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 도료조성물 및 상기 도료 조성물이 5~20 마이크론의 건조도막 두께로 도장된 도장강판이 제공된다. 상기 도료 조성물 및 도장강판은 실리콘 변성수지의 실록산 결합으로 인하여 우수한 내후성, 내열성 및 소광효과를 나타내며, 실리콘 변성수지와 탄산칼슘의 배합에 의한 원적외선 방사율 또한, 우수하다.

항균성과 원적외선 방사율이 우수한 PCM용 원적외선 방사도료 및 이 도료가 피복된 강판이 제공된다. 본 발명은, 폴리에스터 수지, 및 상기 수지 100중량부 기준으로, MgO:10중량부 이하 , ZnO:10~60중량부 및 CaCO 3 :40중량부 이하로 이루어진 원적외선 방사분말 그룹중 선택된 2종이상을 22~90중량부 포함하여 조성된 PCM용 원적외선 방사도료와, 그 표면에, 상기와 같이 조성된 원적외선 방사도료가 피복되어 있는 향균성 및 원적외선 방사능이 우수한 강판에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a paint composition having a quenching effect and a far infrared rays-emitting ability, which is excellent in a weather resistance and a heat resistance. A bio steel plate coated with the paint composition is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The paint composition contains 100pts.wt. of a silicone-modified resin and 10-60pts.wt. of a calcium carbonate powder having a particle size of 1-20 micron, wherein the silicone-modified resin comprises 10-40pts.wt. of a silicone resin and 60-90pts.wt. of a polyester resin. And the steel plate is coated with the paint composition, wherein the dry coating thickness of the paint composition is 5-20 micron.

PURPOSE: A resin composition prepared by copolymerizing a resin using a phosphoric acid-containing monomer is provided which improves the water resistance of a resin and the stability of a film and elevates the graphitization rate of a resin. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprises 10 to 30% by weight of hydroxyethylmethacrylate phosphate or hydroxyethylacrylate phosphate, a styrene monomer, and the balance of an acrylate resin. For an example, a mixture of 20% by weight of hydroxyethylmethacrylate phosphate, 15% by weight of a styrene monomer, 35% by weight of methylmethacrylate, and 30% by weight of butylacrylate are reacted with 1.5% by weight of azobisbutyronitrile based on the weight of the mixture and butyl alcohol and toluene to give the acrylate resin, which has a graphitization rate of 15% by weight.

PURPOSE: Provided is a polyester-based resin coated steel sheet which shows an excellent far infrared ray irradiation efficiency in a wavelength range of 5-8 micrometers useful to the human body. CONSTITUTION: The polyester-based resin coated steel sheet is a steel sheet coated with a polyester resin containing 5-100 parts by weight of a far infrared ray irradiating powder having a far infrared ray irradiation rate of 0.90 or more in a wavelength range of 5-8 micrometers based on 100 parts by weight of a polyester resin. The dry thickness of the coat is 15-60 micrometers, and preferably 15-30 micrometers. Preferably the far infrared ray irradiating powder is at least one selected from the group consisting of MgO, Mg(OH)2, ZnO, Zn(OH)2 and CaCO3.

PURPOSE: Provided are a corrosion-resistant paint composition containing titanium dioxide and zinc and a process for forming a corrosion-resistant coating layer by using the paint composition, the formed coating layer has antimicrobial and deodorizing effects, flexibility, and adhesion to metal materials. CONSTITUTION: The corrosion-resistant paint composition comprises a mixed pigment comprising the titanium dioxide and the zinc powder in the weight ratio of 1:0.01-0.05, an inorganic silicate solvent, and a sulfuric acid solution, wherein the titanium dioxide has an average particle size of 30-70nm, the zinc powder has an average particle size of 1-5 micrometer, the weight ratio of the solvent and the mixed pigment is 1:0.5-1, and the sulfuric acid content is 0.1-0.2wt% based on the total weight of the paint composition. And the coating layer(2) is formed by coating the paint composition on a steel sheet(1) and drying at an ordinary temperature, wherein the dried coating thickness is 5-20 micrometer.
