Abstract:
PURPOSE: A ceramic particle for bone transplantation using bones of a transgenic pig, a method for preparing the same, and a bio-medical ceramic material containing the same are provided to prevent hyperacute, hyperacute vascular, and cell-mediated immune rejection. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic particle for bone transplantation contains bone powder derived from a transgenic pig which is produced by transforming through a recombinant DNA technique and a reproductive cell engineering method to remove hyperacute, hyperacute vascular, and cell-mediated immune rejection. The bone power contains organic compounds contained in the bone or is an organic compound-free powder. The diameter of the bone powder is 100 nm to 3 cm. The bone powder is treated by one or more among a demineralization process, antibacterial agent treatment, and radiation irradiation.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing polymeric biomaterials is provided to easily load multiple bioactive substances. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing polymeric biomaterials comprises a step of manufacturing minute particles which are made of bioactive substances, and a step of fixing the manufactured minute particles to the surface of a polymer device which is transplanted in a living body. The minute particles are fixated on the surface of the polymer device surface through electrostatic attraction.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method of preparing biomedical and industrial materials using ceramics deriving from birds beaks are provided to make a mass production and supply comparing a self valley ceramics and to have more excellent bio compatibility than ceramics of a artificial synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparing a powder using ceramics deriving from birds beaks comprises the following steps: a step of collecting beaks of birds; a step of removing a foreign substance existing in beaks of collected birds; and a step of manufacturing to a ceramic powder by granulating beaks of collected birds. The foreign substance is removed by a processing using a compound selected from a group consisting of a hydrogen peroxide solution, a hydrogen peroxide, a sodium percarbonate, a compound and a mixture containing hydrogen peroxide or a thermal process.
