    Abstract: PURPOSE: A synchronous DC/DC converter of a zero voltage switching mode using a tab transformer is provided to minimize rectification loss by forming switching devices of a rectifier part by using a MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) switch instead of a diode. CONSTITUTION: One end of a chopper switch(110) is connected to one end of a DC input voltage. An inverter unit(120) is connected to the other end of the chopper switch and one end of an input voltage. The inverter unit outputs an AC voltage by switching the input voltage. One end of a free wheeling device(130) is connected between the chopper switch and the inverter part. The other end of the free wheeling device is connected to the other end of the DC input voltage. The free wheeling device forms reflux pass in an off-state of the chopper switch. A tap transformer(140) transforms the AC voltage. A rectifier(150) is connected to an output end of the tap transformer. The rectifier performs a switching operation through synchronization with the inverter unit.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A current type induction heating system for inputting a unity power factor is provided to protect a short circuit by using a current source as the input of a resonance part. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier(110) outputs DC power by rectifying commercial electricity. A convertor part(120) generates an input current source by switching the DC power outputted from the rectifier. The convertor part outputs the input current source generated to a resonance part(140). The convertor part comprises a switch(121), an input side inductor(122), and a free wheeling diode(123). The inverter unit performs a switching operation to apply the input current source to the resonance part to forward direction and reverse directions. The inverter unit comprises a first switching device(131), a second switching device(132), a third switching device(133), and a fourth switching device(134). The resonance part changes a switched input current source in the inverter unit into an electromagnetism.
