The present invention provides a preparation method for silica capsules containing aromatic oil, and silica capsules prepared thereby. The preparation method comprises: a step of preparing microemulsion manufactured by mixing aromatic oil, non-ionic surfactants, and water; and a step of successively adding epichlorohydrin and waterglass in the microemulsion. According to the present invention, silica capsules containing aromatic oil with excellent structural stability can be cost-effectively manufactured. PURPOSE: A tire tread rubber composition is provided to improve fuel efficiency of a vehicle by reducing rotation resistance, to have excellent tensile property by optimizing structure, size, and surface state of silica filler. CONSTITUTION: A tire thread composition includes a plurality of silica particles; network silica including a crosslinking part linking the silica particles; and rubber physically entangled to the silica. The crosslinking part is manufactured by mixing 10-50 g of glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and 4-30 g of hexamethylene diamine. The rubber composition additionally includes sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator. The mount of the network silica is 20-80 phr. PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a phytoncide-containing polymer film can provide a polymer film able to store maximum 45 weight% of phytonchid in a film without thermal defect, and to easily control a storage amount and an emission rate of the phytonchid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a phytoncide-containing polymer film comprise: a step of mixing a phytonchid into a polymer solution in which a polymer having miscibility with phytonchid is dissolved in a solvent; a step of casting a film by spreading a polymer solution in which phytonchid is mixed in; and a step of manufacturing a polymer film containing phytonchid by substitution of the solvent to a non-solvent by soaking the casted film into the non-solvent in which the polymer is not dissolved in.

A method for preparing networked silica is provided to prepare the networked silica in a short time and improve the function of the networked silica in reinforcing an intension of rubber, by coupling silica particles with a coupling string material in a three-dimensional type to prepare the networked silica. A networked silica is prepared by dissolving a coupling string material in a methanol aqueous solution or an ethanol aqueous solution, and making the dissolved coupling material with silica particles at a temperature of 20-60°C. The methanol aqueous solution or the ethanol aqueous solution has 5-20 wt% of water. The silica particles react for 1-12 hours while the silica particles are suspended in the methanol aqueous solution or the ethanol aqueous solution.

본 발명은 지방족, 방향족, 폴리이민, 펩티드 및 폴리에테르기의 가교 결합에 의하여 결합한 10∼100nm의 실리카 알갱이로 구성되는 3차원적인 둥지 실리카를 포함하는 고무조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 둥지 실리카를 포함하는 고무조성물은 실리카 및 종래의 결합제가 첨가된 고무에 비하여 인장강도 및 신율이 크게 증가한다.
