Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing glutinous rice extract and tea extract for prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer is provided, which enforces anti-ulcer effect by combined treatment effect of glutinous rice extract and tea extract. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of composition containing glutinous rice extract and tea extract for prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer is comprised of: adding 10 times of distilled water to glutinous rice extract, shaking 3times for 30seconds using a mixer; centrifuging for 10minutes at 1000xg to get supernatant(glutinous rice extract); leaving the extract for 12 hours at room temperature, and centrifuging for 10minutes at 1000xg to get precipitates; drying the precipitates to get the objective glutinous rice extract; extracting tea(e.g., green tea, oolong tea, black tea) for 10 minutes by adding the tea to boiling distilled water with 100 times heavier weight, and filtering; freeze-drying the filtrate to get powdered extract; mixing the glutinous rice extract and tea extract in distilled water, and adding liquid fruit sugar and citric acid to get the objective mixed beverage.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有糯米提取物和茶提取物用于预防和治疗胃溃疡的组合物，其通过糯米提取物和茶提取物的联合处理效果来实施抗溃疡作用。 构成：含有糯米提取物和茶提取物的预防和治疗胃溃疡的组合物的制备方法包括：向糯米提取物中加入10倍蒸馏水，使用混合器摇动3次30秒; 以1000xg离心10分钟，得到上清液（糯米提取物）; 将提取物在室温下放置12小时，并以1000xg离心10分钟得到沉淀物; 干燥沉淀物得到目的糯米提取物; 通过将茶加入到重量比重为100倍的沸腾蒸馏水中，提取茶（例如绿茶，乌龙茶，红茶）10分钟，并过滤; 冷冻干燥滤液得到粉状提取物; 将糯米提取物和茶提取物在蒸馏水中混合，加入液体水果糖和柠檬酸得到目标混合饮料。
