Abstract: PURPOSE: A cushion washer for a vehicle and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to prevent a bolt loosening when bolting parts of a vehicle and to minimizing the generation of noise by absorbing impact with a mesh plate having electricity. CONSTITUTION: A cushion washer for a vehicle comprises a mesh plate(10), a plate member, and a supporting plate(30). The mesh plate is formed into a flat disc shape by weaving metal wires into a mesh net form and includes a through-hole in the center. The plate member includes a lower plate(22) and an upper plate(26). The supporting plate is joined to an edge portion of the mesh plate and includes a supporting unit in the bottom surface. The supporting unit with elasticity separates the mesh plate from a fastening face where a bolt is fastened, thereby absorbing impact.

Abstract: A wire mesh knitting machine is provided to minimize the change of the wire mesh and to perform the weaving process of the several-fold wire mesh easily. A frame comprises lower and upper plates supported by support legs. Mounting holes are formed at sides of the upper and lower plates. The first rotation plate(120) is rotatably combined with the upper outer surface of the mounting hole of the lower plate. The second rotation plate(130) is rotatably combined with the upper outer surface of the mounting hole of the upper plate. The first knitting member(140) comprises a cylinder fixed within the mounting hole of the lower plate. Knitting needles are movable at the circumference of the cylinder vertically. An elevating member is fixed to the first rotation plate, and moves up and down the knitting needles. A wire supply member is fixed to the first rotation plate and supplies wires. A tension member(170) is installed at the lower portion of the frame and pulls a wire mesh with the constant tension. A rotation member(180) is installed at the frame and rotates the first and second plates with the same direction.
