    Abstract: PURPOSE: A knock press writing instrument is provided to easily discharge ink from the writing instrument when writing by increasing the pressure inside a writing lead by operating a knock press. CONSTITUTION: A knock press writing instrument comprises the following: a shaft case(10); a writing lead(20); a pressuring tube(50) located on the opposite side of one tip of the writing lead in the inside of the shaft case; a tube support member(40) assembled with other tip of the writing lead; an elastic member(30) installed inside the shaft case; a pressing member(70) assembled to the backend of the shaft case; and a knock member(60) installed in between the pressing member and the tube support member while maintaining the exposed state, or the storing state of the tip of the writing lead from the shaft case.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A tip for ball point pen is provided to increase the discharge amount of ink according to the increase of forward and backward flow interval. CONSTITUTION: A ball(101) is formed in a sphere shape. The front end side of a tip body(110) is formed in a circular cone shape. A ball house(112) is formed at the end portion of an ink outflow path(111). A part of the ball is exposed to the ball house. A ball support portion is formed by the shutting of a front end part(114) so that the ball is supported in the state where the ball is exposed. The outer circumference of the front end part for the formation of the ball support portion of the tip body sets a taper angle in a range of 3~10°.

CONSTITUTION: A free ink type ballpoint pen refill comprises: an ink storage pipe; a writing tip(16) which is combined on tip-end part of the ink storage pipe and in which a ball is rotatably assembled; an ink composite(20) saved inside the ink storage pipe; and an ink follower(22) which blocks a rear part of the ink storage pipe and moves to the writing tip side as storage quantity of the ink composite diminishes. A viscosity of the ink composite is 5~1000mPa.s(B type Viscometer, and 20°C) and a stirring member(30) is installed inside of the ink composite.
