Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring immunoglobulin G antibody using SH-SAW is provided to accurately and quickly measure the amount of the immunoglobulin. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring immunoglobulin G antibody using SH-SAW comprises: a step of adding immunoglobulin G to gold colloid then stirring at room temperature for five minutes (S1); a step of adding 1%(w/v) of PEG to the solution then stirring for five minutes (S2); a step of isolating and removing excess amount of anti immunoglobulin G (S3); a step of dissolving the anti immunoglobulin G using ultrasonic homogenizer (S4); a step of supplying anti immune globulin G to one or more channel containing a plating board (S5); a step of supplying the immunoglobulin G antibody solution to the channel (S6); a step of authorizes the frequency to the input electrode of a channel (S7); a step of measuring the frequency of the SH-SAW (S8); a step of calculating frequency shift of a channel (S9); and a step of calculating amount of the immunoglobulin G antibody (S10).

Abstract: A cage for the experimental animal breeding is provided, which efficiently separates excretes of the experimental animals from the urine. A cage for the experimental animal breeding comprises: a breeding space; a feed port(50) connected to the breeding space; a case including the water supply part(30); a waste guide member(80) which is installed at the storage and guides the movement of the waste; a reservoir(100) which is installed at the storage and stores the urine of the experimental animals ejected from the waste guide member; and a supporting board(70) partitioning the space of the case into the breeding space and the storage space.
