Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a spherical ceramic foam and the spherical ceramic foam manufactured by the same are provided to allow the foam to have a uniform size and excellent porous property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a spherical ceramic foam includes: a step of adding an agar solution to a bubbled ceramic slurry; a step of adding the slurry having the agar solution to an oil; a step of separating the slurry from the oil, and then drying the slurry; and a step of sintering the dried slurry. The ceramic is one selected from a group of alumina, magnesia, zirconia, calcia, silica, and yttria. Abstract: 본발명은메조포러스실리카의제조방법에있어서, 전이금속염 용액에서메조포러스실리카를제조하는것을특징으로하는메조포러스실리카의제조방법에관한것으로, 본발명의일실시예에따른메조포러스실리카제조방법은기존에알려진메조포러스 SBA-15 실리카분자체가가지는메조기공구조는동일하게가지며미세기공크기를조절할수 있으며, 더욱이실리카벽내에존재하는미세기공조절을통하여벽두께를두껍게함으로써수열안정성및 열적안정성을향상시킬수 있는특징이있다.
