원격 사용자 인터페이스 서비스를 위한 인터넷 상의 서버 접근성을 개선시킬 수 있는 제공 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 홈 네트워크 프록시 서버를 이용한 원격 사용자 인터페이스 제공 시스템은 인터넷 상의 서버로부터 원격 사용자 인터페이스(Remote User Interface 이하, RUI)가 제공되는 홈 네트워크 시스템에 있어서, RUI 인터넷 서버와 세션 연결되어 상기 RUI 인터넷 서버에서 제공되는 RUI를 전송 받아 표시하는 RUI 클라이언트 단말과, 상기 RUI 클라이언트 단말과 인터넷으로 세션 연결되어 상기 RUI를 제공하는 RUI 인터넷 서버와, 홈 네트워크 상에 위치하여 상기 RUI 클라이언트 단말로 상기 RUI 인터넷 서버에 관한 정보를 제공하는 프록시 서버를 포함한다.

Disclosed are a system and a method for providing a remote user interface (RUI) service which can improve server accessibility on the internet. The system for providing an RUI using a home network proxy server according to an aspect of the present invention, which is a home network system for providing an RUI from a server on the internet, comprises an RUI client terminal session-connected to an RUI internet server to receive and display an RUI provided from the RUI internet server; the RUI internet server session-connected to the RUI client terminal by the internet to provide the RUI; and a proxy server positioned on a home network to provide the RUI client terminal with information about the RUI internet server.

The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing mobile device interlinked contents in a smart TV environment and, more specifically, to a system and a method for providing mobile interlinked contents in a smart TV environment capable of improving a user′s convenience. The mobile device interlinked contents providing system comprises a media server and a setup box which receives the contents from the media server, wherein the media server comprises: a metadata server for storing information about bookmarked contents received from the mobile device; and a content server for providing content requested by the metadata server to the setup box. Abstract:
PURPOSE: JAVA-based user interface is provided to support media content sharing and distribution among devices which have different platforms and are located in a home network. CONSTITUTION: A home network comprises multiple media servers (121,122), multiple media renderers (131,132), and a DLNA control point (110). The DLNA control point is a system controller which automatically detects and searches for a media server and a media renderer. The control point executes all relevant functions and runs a program through interactions. The user interface of the DLNA control point sends a request to the media servers and the media renderers, and each device sends back a return value. The return value determines the result, and the result is shown to a user.
