Abstract: 본 발명은 수용화 액상 나노세라믹을 함유하는 수용성 코팅조성물에 관한 것, 구체적으로는 졸-겔반응에 의하여 생성되는 수용화 액상 나노세라믹, 물과의 상용성이 우수한 수지, 방청성이 우수한 무기금속 등을 함유하여 금속의 표면에 우수한 방청성을 부여하는 수용성 코팅조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면 수용화 액상 나노세라믹 5∼30중량%, 실란커플링제 1∼5중량%, 세라믹첨가제 5∼25중량%, 무기금속 1∼10중량%, 수용성수지 5∼40중량% 및 잔부의 용매를 포함하는 수용성 코팅조성물이 제공된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A water-soluble coating composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent cohesive property for aluminum or an aluminum alloy material without including heavy metals or organic solvents. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble coating composition for aluminum or an aluminum alloy material heat exchanger contains the following: 30~60wt% of acryl group-added carboxylated low-density polyethylene solubilized resin including 10~30wt% of acryl and 70~90wt% of ethylene; 5~20wt% of zirconium or titanium complex liquid; 5~20wt% of inorganic binder; 2~10wt% of zirconium oxide as a water-retaining admixture; and the balance of water.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供水溶性涂料组合物及其制造方法，以确保铝或铝合金材料的优异的内聚性，而不包括重金属或有机溶剂。 构成：铝或铝合金材料热交换器的水溶性涂料组合物含有：丙烯酸加成羧基低密度聚乙烯溶解树脂30〜60wt％，含10〜30wt％丙烯酸和70〜90wt％ 乙烯; 5〜20wt％的锆或钛复合液; 无机粘合剂5〜20wt％ 2〜10重量％的氧化锆作为保水混合物; 和水的平衡。
