Abstract: PURPOSE: A two-axis sun tracking apparatus and a shading system therewith are provided to be installed regardless of installation places and to simultaneously track the azimuth and altitude of the sun. CONSTITUTION: A two-axis sun tracking apparatus comprises a mini slat angle regulating device, a frame slat angle regulating device, a first power transmission device, and a second power transmission device. The mini slat angle regulating device regulates the angle of a mini slat(S1). The frame slat angle regulating device regulates the angle of a frame slat(S2).
