Abstract:
PURPOSE: A multiple expandable implant with an expanding position control function is provided to allow the implant to be expanded at desired multiple regions thereof on the basis of the anatomical body structure, to enable easy and rapid fixation of the implant, and to prevent invasion of impurities into the implant. CONSTITUTION: The multiple expandable implant comprises a fixture having an artificial tooth abutment(210) and a fixing portion(220) formed with a through-bore, a carrier having a head insertable into the through-bore and a screw body, and at least one pressure nut coupled to the screw body. A plurality of expansion protrusions(224) are formed at the outer peripheral surface of the fixture. As the pressure nut moves according to rotation of the screw body, it pressures the protrusions, causing multiple expansion of the protrusions.

잇몸뼈 속에 박히는 고정체(Fixture)와 이와 결합하여 고정체를 팽창시켜 발치공에 고정하는 치아받침대(Abutment)로 구성되는 팽창형 임플란트가 개시된다. 인공치아를 지지하는 헤드(abutment head)와 테이퍼진 네크(neck) 및 나사몸체가 고정체 길이방향으로 일체로 이루어지는 치아받침대(abutment); 상기 네크와 동일하게 테이퍼져서 테이퍼 실링(taper sealing)이 되는 네크수납부가 상부에 형성되고, 상기 네크수납부에 연통되어 하단까지 연장되는 관통공이 내부에 형성되며, 적어도 하나 이상의 슬릿이 길이방향 일정위치로부터 하단까지 형성된 고정체(Fixture); 및 상기 고정체의 관통공 내부 직경보다는 큰 직경을 가지며 상기 관통공 내부에서 상기 나사몸체와 나사 결합되어 상기 나사몸체의 회전에 의해 이동하는 팽창너트를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An expansion-type implant is provided to be easily manufactured owing to a simple structure, be able to be fixed immediately, and prevent outer materials from tooth-abutment from being invaded by using a taper sealing. CONSTITUTION: The expansion-type implant includes: a tooth-abutment(110) comprised of an abutment head to support an artificial tooth, a tapered neck(116), and a screw body(120) toward a direction of fixture length in one body; a fixture(50) which has a neck collecting unit to become a taper sealing thereon and a piercing hole expanded to the lower end by being connected with the neck collecting unit therein, and forms at least one slit from a predetermined position of a longitudinal direction to the lower end; and an expanding nut which has an internal diameter of the piercing hole on the fixture, is screw-connected with the screw body by having a screw groove acceptable for the screw body, and is moved by rotation of the screw body.

PURPOSE: Provided is a bioabsorptive ceramic-polymer complex material for tissue engineering with teeth apatite and polymer used which mixes teeth apatite, polymer for tissue engineering and solvent to keep porosity on the surface and section so that it improves humidity absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the bioabsorptive ceramic-polymer complex material for tissue engineering with teeth apatite and polymer used comprises the steps of: (i) extracting an inorganic material from teeth of human or animals and crushing them to prepare teeth apatite; (ii) selecting one material from PGA, PLA, PLLA, PLGA, chitosan and PHBV as bioabsorptive polymer; (iii) selecting one solvent from methylene chloride, chloroform, DMSO and week acid; and (iv) mixing 60-90wt% of bioabsorptive polymer and 10-40wt% of teeth apatite under the selected solvent to produce a ceramic-polymer complex material.
