Abstract: The present invention relates to a polarizing plate and an optical display apparatus comprising the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a polarizing plate in which a first polarizer, a positive C plate part, a second polarizer, and a third retardation film are stacked in order and an optical display device comprising the same. Abstract: PURPOSE: A polarizing plate which resolves white light wavelength shift phenomenon by change of side angle and has thin thickness is provided. CONSTITUTION: A polarizing plate comprises a polarizer (1); a protection film (2a) laminated on one side of the polarizer; an adhesive layer (6) laminated on the other side of the polarizer. A phase difference film (3) is formed on the polarizer, a dye-included liquid crystal layer (4) is formed on the adhesive layer, and a surface processing layer (5) can be additionally laminated on the protection film.
