Abstract:
PURPOSE: A resin composition for a polycarbonate flame retardant film is provided to enable the application to a nonhalogenated polycarbonate flame retardant film and to ensure a glass transition temperature of 140°C or more and flame retardancy of VTM-0 or more. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for a polycarbonate flame retardant film comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin, 0.01 ~ 10 parts by weight of a silicon-based compound, 0.01~1.5 parts by weight of organic sulfonic acid metal salts with 100~400μm average particle diameter, and 0.01~1 parts by weight of polyfluoroethylene resins.

균일한 표면 거칠기 및 저 리타데이션 값을 가지는 광확산 필름 및 그 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 열가소성 수지로부터 형성되고, Ra 0.5~3㎛ 및 HDI (Height Distribution Index) 3~8㎛를 가지며 리타데이션(retardation) 값이 25nm 이하인 광확산 필름이 제공된다. 본 발명의 광확산 필름은 LCD TV 백라이트 내 표면 광원으로부터 나온 불균일한 빛을 효율적으로 산란, 투과시켜 최종 패널에서 균일한 휘도를 보이게 할 수 있다. 광확산 필름, 엠보, 샌드 블라스팅, HDI(Height Distribution Index), 리타데이션(Retardation)
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An optical laminate film for improving luminance is provided to increase availability of a light emitted in a light source by controlling a surface structure. CONSTITUTION: A laminate film(27) comprises a plurality of layers formed by two polymers having different refractive index. An embossing diffusion film(38) is laminated on one surface of the laminate film, and forms concavo-convex on a surface. A micro lens film(39) is laminated on the other surface of the laminate film. A micro lens is arranged in a surface(31-2) of the micro lens film. The embossing diffusion film has a retardation value of 1~25nm. A diameter of the micro lens is 20~200um. The micro lens film is formed by arranging a micro lens into a grating formation of regular triangle.
